Suite and announces new legal customer adoptions at LegalTech® in New York

at LegalTech in New York. Omtool has added a Vendor Invoice Processing (VIP) Suite to its growing
family of products specific to the legal vertical market and continues to add to its growing list
of hundreds of legal customers, including approximately 50 percent of the top 100 U.S. law firms.
Omtool's VIP Suite, which is built upon the company's AccuRoute® document capture (scanning) and
handling solution, provides legal organizations with a streamlined, electronic workflow to move
invoices and related information quickly through approval cycles and into industry standard financial
systems. This VIP Suite captures invoices at the point of processing, directly by the attorney or
through the accounting department and routes those invoices through the appropriate approval process
while including the collection of pertinent client and billing information. Once approved, the
invoices are archived in Omtool's ObjectArchive™ while maintaining a direct connection from the
billing system for continuous and immediate access to these invoices for the life of the client.
