Award Program Rules
We are no longer accepting entries for the 2008 Drive for Innovation awards program for the legal market.
- The award is for a law firm or corporate legal department that is a current Omtool customer. This contest is not open to the general public, only Omtool customers.
- Award winners must be the rightful licensee of Omtool’s AccuRoute® solution.
- Winners will be notified confidentially on Friday, August 15, 2008
- The winners will be announced at the annual ILTA conference on Tuesday, August 26, 2008.
- You do not need to be present at ILTA to win.
- Judging is being performed by an impartial panel of industry experts. All decisions by the judges are final.
- Applications are being judged based on completeness, uniqueness, documentation support (if needed), and use case examples.
- Omtool, Ltd. employees and their families are not eligible to enter the Drive for Innovation Awards Program.
- Nominations must be submitted in English.
- All entries, as well as their nominating business partner, will be honored at the annual ILTA conference on Tuesday, August 26th at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas.
- Award winners must provide a company logo, company URL, and a brief corporate description by Friday, August 22, 2008.
- By submitting your “2008 Drive for Innovation Award” for the legal market entry form, you agree to allow Omtool, Ltd. to use highlights and quotes provided in your entry form (credited to your company) in public disclosures for promotional purposes such as press releases, Website coverage, and tradeshow exposure.
- Winning customers should be prepared to provide additional materials required for editorial or promotional purposes, and to help promote Omtool’s 2008 Drive for Innovation Awards program (for the legal market). Additional materials may include, but are not limited to, screen captures and photographs of the implementation team.
- Omtool, Ltd. reserves the right to change the program rules and regulations without notice.
Omtool’s Drive for Innovation Awards Program
Cooperative Marketing Funds
Cooperative Marketing Funds provided by Omtool, Ltd. are designed to be used to highlight our customers and our products coincidentally and to our mutual agreement and benefit. Subject to Omtool’s approval, cooperative marketing funds may be used for:
JOINT MARKETING ACTIVITIES list below as well as any other agreed to by both parties from time to time.
- Public relations activities including a joint press release concerning this Award;
- Demonstration of Omtool’s products with your firm’s technology and or end user applications working together to press or other individuals or organizations, as appropriate;
- Creation and distribution of promotional literature;
- Convention or tradeshow activities;
- Advertisements in a variety of publications and possibly other media;
- Joint activities including speaking engagements, client recruitment, advertising, training and sales seminars;
- Joint funding of any marketing activities proposed by the parties as mutually agreed by the parties in writing; and
- Any joint promotion, marketing literature and other marketing activity will be designed and submitted by a party to the other party for review and approval by such other party.
Cooperative Marketing Funds issued as a result of this 2008 Drive for Innovation Award will be good for a period of one year, commencing on the date of announcement.
