Omtool offers a specialized integration with HP enabling walk-up users to access AccuRoute’s advanced
document capture, conversion, and routing capabilities directly from the front panel of
HP Chai and DxP
-enabled devices. As a result of this custom integration, HP MFP users are now able to perform
full document capture and handling capabilities with AccuRoute.
Users can select from options that include capturing user login and tracking information, interacting
with AccuRoute to present user-specific or device-specific distribution lists, and sending scanned
documents in numerous formats to various destinations including most information databases and repositories.
Users can also access AccuRoute’s advanced document processing and delivery capabilities right from the main
control panel of an HP Chai or DxP-enabled MFP, eliminating the need for a Routing Sheet - dramatically
improving user productivity.
Omtool, Ltd. has been officially named HP’s Platinum Preferred Partner for document capture in the Americas.
This highly regarded designation represents the highest level in the HP partner program structure focused
on global partnerships and a unique HP ecosystem for solutions delivery. As previously announced, HP and
Omtool signed an agreement that enables HP to sell and support Omtool products. Omtool plans to build on
this agreement and platinum-partner designation by:
- Delivering unique functionality with HP products and enhancing solution capabilities by working with
