AccuRoute’s Legal Option Pack for Interwoven WorkSite and Open Text eDOCS DM (Hummingbird DM) tightly integrates with each solution to provide users with quick access to AccuRoute’s document capture and routing capabilities from within the matter-centric environment. Using AccuRoute’s Legal Option Pack, a user can highlight a matter folder or document from within the DMS and choose the “Import Scan” option (a “right-click” feature). This will capture and place the new document in the highlighted location with the associated profile information once the document is scanned.
In addition, users can create batches of “Assignable Routing Sheets” that may later be associated with individual routing processes and to specific DMS profiles as they are needed.
These product extensions for the legal market are delivered by Omtool to provide a seamless and easily accessible document integration process from within your DMS and/or matter-centric environment to enable users to define the document requirements where and when they are managing those documents.
