This in-depth, three-day program is targeted to the IS professional whose primary focus is the installation, integration, technical support and on-site repair of Omtool's fax and messaging products. Attendees develop the necessary skills for administering and enhancing the user productivity within their organization. In-class discussions and hands-on exercises develop the student's ability to successfully use support and administer the program. As a prerequisite, all participants should be experienced in the administration of Microsoft Windows 2000. In addition, Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer certification is recommended.
